I have been training 4 times a week whole month (+1-2 cardio)!
I was around 78kg when I came back from Japan, the same as in these Kagami Taiga photos! Now I'm 85kg! Eating around 200grams of protein daily :3 Got bigger so quickly! Still have almost 3 weeks left to train.

Just wait for my Ragnarok Shura cosplay next month in Madrid, Spain ;D
